Refund Policy

Refunds are available for a Kids Invent! Creative Learning Activity purchased from the Kids Invent! website within 30 days of purchase. Kids Invent! pays refunds by check, mailed to your address within 30 days of the date we receive your refund request. To request a refund, send an e-mail with the following information:

1. Your name and address as you entered it at the time of your purchase on the website.
2. Telephone and email address.
3. Purchase date.
4. Name(s) of the Creative Learning Activities for which you are seeking a refund.
5. The total amount you paid for all creative learning activities for which you are seeking a refund.
6. An explanation why you are requesting a refund.

If you have purchased five or more Creative Learning Activities at the same time and you wish to receive a refund for all five CLAs, please contact Kids Invent! by registered mail with all of the above information. In addition, please include the following paragraph in your signed letter:

In seeking a refund from Kids Invent! for the above listed Creative Learning Activities, I agree not to print, store, distribute, donate or in any way make use of the Kids Invent! Learning Activities for any reason whatsoever. Further, I agree to delete the downloaded Kids Invent! Creative Learning Activities from my computer. I acknowledge that my use, storage, distribution, donation or printing of any of the Creative Learning Activities for which I am receiving a refund constitutes illegal use and as such, Kids Invent!, at their discretion, may seek appropriate legal remedies to recover damages for my illegal use of the Creative Learning Activities in question.

Kids Invent Delivery Methods and Timing

Kids Invent publishes Creative Learning Activities (curriculum) for use in classrooms, after school and home school programs. The Creative Learning Activities are multi-paged instructions in text and images packaged as Adobe Acrobat PDFs for delivery as digital documents downloaded from the Kids Invent Web site. Timing of delivery is at the time of purchase with customers downloading purchased Creative Learning Activities immediately after credit card approval.
